Anton Nilsson Cedermo has worked as a ski instructor since 2022. Mostly in scandinavian resorts. But his love for skiing and the winterland have taken him to Verbier. Anton is a down to earth guy with big patience! His passion is to learn all kinds of levels in skiing! So no matter if this is your first time or you are up for a challenge this is your guy!

 

 

Johanna is a skilled and dedicated ski instructor with a passion for teaching. Since 2020, she has worked with Swedish Outdoor Association – Friluftsfrämjandet, organizing ski school activities and guiding participants from beginner to advanced levels. She is experienced in leading groups of all sizes as well as private lessons. Known for her enthusiasm, professionalism, and ability to create a supportive environment, Johanna excels in fostering skill development and confidence on the slopes, ensuring an enjoyable and rewarding experience for every skier.

What makes you special as an instructor

I stand out for my ability to connect with both kids and adults, adapt lessons to their needs, and create a positive learning environment. My technical expertise, patience, and enthusiasm help participants build confidence and enjoy the process.

 

Julia is a kind and thoughtful ski instructor from Sweden. She was raised in Geneva for the first 10 years of her life, where she attended an international school. During this time, she also spent a lot of time skiing in Chamonix, which fueled her passion for the sport. Julia later moved to Sweden, where she worked at her local ski school in Stockholm, using her patience and enthusiasm to ensure that every student, whether a beginner or an experienced skier, enjoys their time on the slopes.

What do you do in the summers?

In the summer, Julia retreats to her summer house in the south of Sweden, where she enjoys relaxing with family and friends. She also loves staying active with a good game of tennis.

 

 

Sofia Franke has been a certified ski instructor since 2020, specializing in teaching children and teenagers. Born in Zurich, Switzerland, she lived there for three years and took her first turns on the Swiss Alps’ slopes. She also lived in New York for three years, spending winters skiing at Sugarloaf in Maine. Back in Stockholm, Sofia was responsible for the weekend ski school on Lidingö, including 300 kids and 30 instructors, combining technical expertise with her passion for teaching. Fluent in English and Swedish. Sofia inspires skiers of all levels, from their first turns to mastering advanced techniques.

Why did you choose to teach snowsports?

I grew up surrounded by the mountains of Switzerland and later spent winters in the US and Sweden, which sparked my love for skiing. Watching students gain confidence and joy on the slopes is incredibly rewarding—it’s why I love being an instructor.

 

 

Maya has been teaching skiing since 2021, sharing her passion with others and helping them take their first steps or develop their skills on the slopes. She is originally from Stockholm and has worked extensively with children, making her a favorite among young learners and families. Known for her patient and supportive approach, Maya creates a fun and encouraging environment for skiers of all ages. Whether it’s your first time on skis or you want to advance your skills, Maya’s friendly style makes every lesson enjoyable.

What makes you special as an instructor?

I value a lot that you make your clients feel safe and exited. So I focus on personalize their lessons based on their goals and skills.

 

 

 

Klara has a background in elit alpine ski racing in Sweden. She holds great knowledge about ski technique due to her studies and experience in alpine skiing. Klara is a talkative, cheerful instructor happy to teach anyone regardless of age or previous experience. Klara has worked with teaching children in various ages the basics of skiing, which she enjoys to the same extent as teaching more advanced lessons. With a positive attitude, Klara will help you reach your individual skiing goals no matter the level at which you start.

What makes you special as an instructor?

I focus on progress, and what I as a coach can do to help someone with progress. However, the focus on progress should never take away from the core value of skiing and sportsmanship; having fun and enjoying the sport. Progress is not possible without joy, positiveness and having fun.
