The New Flexible Kids Groups

New Flexible Kids Groups

Families in Verbier and Zermatt have always loved our small, friendly groups for the progress kids make and the fun they have. Our aim is that kids love coming to ski school, and our instructors have plenty of ideas to keep kids engaged and happy as they improve.

Now our groups are more flexible so that they fit your plans, whatever they might be. You can choose single days, a mix of full and half days, or a full week 6 day course.

The only restrictions are simple:

  • No group lessons start on Fridays (prizegiving day)

  • No groups run on Saturdays (reset day for the following week)

Everything else is flexible.

Penguins (Ages 3–5): Small Groups, Big Smiles

Penguins is our programme for the youngest skiers, aged 3 to 5. With a maximum of just four children per instructor, Penguins is gentle, safe, and full of fun. Children learn through games, songs, and playful movement on the snow.

Flexible Penguins Options

Parents can now choose:

  • Single mornings or afternoons

  • Several days

  • Full weeks

In Verbier, families can also add the Penguins Afternoon Club, a collaboration with Petit Verbier nannies. This allows children to enjoy a full day of skiing and creative activities, giving parents the freedom to explore the mountain without rushing back.

It’s a perfect blend of skiing, play, and care — ideal for families who want flexibility without compromising on quality.

Kids Academy (Ages 6–12): Fun, Progress, and Mountain Exploration

Kids Academy is designed for families who want their children to learn, improve, and explore with others of a similar level. With a maximum of six children per instructor, Kids Academy blends fun, games, and structured progression using our ES Kids Academy levels.

Flexible Kids Academy Options

Children can now join:

  • Single mornings or afternoons

  • Several days

  • Full weeks

  • Full days with lunch included

This flexibility means your children can join for one day to get started, or several days to build confidence and technique. Parents can also add afternoon sessions to create a full day on the slopes — perfect if you want to ski further afield or enjoy a longer day on the mountain.

Freeski Academy (Ages 11–17): Challenge, Confidence, and Adventure

Freeski Academy is for teens aged 11 to 17 who want to explore more than just the piste. With a maximum of six teens per instructor, Freeski Academy teaches moguls, jumps, rails, boxes, and powder when conditions allow. Safety is always the priority, and no one is pushed beyond their comfort zone.

Flexible Freeski Options

Teens can now join:

  • Single mornings or afternoons

  • Several days

  • Full weeks

  • Full days with lunch included

This flexibility means families can pre‑plan the perfect Freeski programme, choosing the right number of days for challenge, confidence, and progression.
