Laia has been working as a ski instructor since 2016 in the Catalan and French Pyrenees. Passionate about the mountains and snow, she loves sharing her enthusiasm for skiing with students of all ages and levels. At 24 years old, Laia is known for her friendly and approachable personality, making her lessons both fun and inspiring. Whether you’re taking your first steps on the snow or looking to refine your technique on more challenging terrain, Laia is here to help you make the most of your experience!

Passionate about mountain sports since he was a kid, Ben finally crossed the French border to land in the thrilling Verbier. Both an English and French speaker, Ben teaches lessons in the same way he goes through life: fun and challenging. Whether you want to start a project, make progress, or seek adventure, Ben will guide you. He loves being in contact with other people and this communication makes him happy. Skiing is one of his favorite activities, and he realized that teaching would fulfill his life. Since he was a child, he has wanted to be a ski instructor.

What do you do in the summers?
In the summer, I ride my bike a lot and play a lot of sports. I love swimming, running, wakeboarding, and motocross. I am also passionate about mechanics and car bodywork. I have restored a few vehicles in recent years, and I am currently working on a 1983 Fiat Panda 4×4.

Klara has a background in elite alpine ski racing in Sweden. She holds great knowledge about ski technique due to her studies and experience in alpine skiing. Klara is a talkative, cheerful instructor who is happy to teach anyone regardless of age or previous experience. Klara has worked with teaching  beginner children of various ages which she enjoys to the same extent as teaching more advanced lessons. With a positive attitude, Klara will help you reach your individual skiing goals no matter the level at which you start.

What makes you special as an instructor?
I focus on progress, and what I as a coach can do to help someone with progress. However, I believe the focus on progress should never take away from the core value of skiing and sportsmanship: having fun and enjoying the sport. Progress is not possible without joy, positiveness and having fun.

Although Aurélie was born in Cannes on the French Riviera, she started skiing at 2 and snowboarding at 8. At 14, her love of the mountain was so strong her dream was to become a pro rider. At 18, she moved to the Mecque and started racing for the Chamonix Snowboard Club. She was then sponsored and travelled the Alps, Canada, Argentina and New Zealand where she was either competing or shooting videos. When she retired, she decided to transmit her love of the mountain and her knowledge through teaching.

What do you do in the summers?
I am a sailor and yacht chef!

Beth started working as a ski instructor in 2018 and after a short hiatus to study, she is now back for her second season in Verbier. She loves working in the mountains and sharing all the best spots for a hot chocolate. Beth has experience teaching a wide range of ages and abilities and can help tailor a lesson for your personal skiing goals, whether that’s learning from scratch or advancing technically.

What makes you special as an instructor?
I really believe in the importance of building self-confidence and helping clients to achieve what they are capable of. Stepping out of your comfort zone is never easy so it’s important to have a balance between learning new skills and enjoying the piste!

What do you do in the summer?
In summer I like to surf at home in Ireland, I like to climb and go biking and spend time with my dog.
