Charlie is great with kids as well as helping people feel more confident on their skis, regardless of whether you have just started to ski or you are already an advanced skier. She is a fun person to be around and she makes sure that her lessons never gets boring!
What is your favourite part of Zermatt to ski?
Furgsattel because the snow is always reliable there. You can practice a wide range of techniques.
What is your favourite restaurant/mountain restaurant?
Marmo! It has a modern and cosy atmosphere with some of the best food on the mountain.
What top handy tip do you have for anyone visiting Zermatt?
Don’t skip Italy or any of the yellow runs!

Charly was absolutely amazing and so patient and kind as well. She is the only reason I went from never seeing snow my entire life to feeling confident enough to try a slow slope in one lesson. She taught at a comfortable pace and provided constant constructive feedback (as well as plenty of encouragement!). I would’ve booked multiple classes with her if she had been available but her availability was limited during my visit—so book her well in advance, you won’t regret it!
