We’re not just up there in the best ski schools for adults, we have a great team of instructors who specialise in ski lessons for teenagers. Whether your young person wants to ski the steeper slopes more confidently or know their way around the mountains better, our super fun Freeski programme offers variety and challenge.
ES Freeski with European Snowsport
Our key focus for 11 to 17 year olds is on developing the skills from the basis they’ve already learnt, to ensure they continue their progression and move towards more independent skiing. We know some teenagers look for excitement, so if we feel they’re ready we can take them to more tricky terrain, where they can learn to tackle jumps and bumps in the ski park or hit the powder. We’ll also introduce some important mountain awareness topics so they begin to feel more responsible when out on the slopes and able to make good decisions in challenging conditions.
Our Freeski instructors can talk TikTok, Snapchat and lots of other languages, so your kids won’t be short on conversation. They’ll also get to make friends their own age to hang out with both on and off the slopes.

We go to great lengths to find, train and support some of the best ski instructors in the world. In all our resorts we look for the right balance of personality, skiing ability, qualifications, and experience. Ski instructors have a passion for skiing but the best ones also love to hang out with other people, show them great holidays and see them improve and get more out of their skiing. Our instructors often stay with us for many years building up a loyal following of clients.
