Emil is an experienced ski instructor with a strong international background, having worked professionally in both Austria and Switzerland. He teaches skiers of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes, and adapts his instruction to each individual’s goals and learning style. With a calm, motivating approach and solid technical understanding, he helps students build confidence, improve technique, and enjoy skiing safely and efficiently in a variety of alpine conditions.
Why did you choose to teach snowsports?
I love seeing people grow and helping them create some of the best moments of their lives in the snow, just as it has always been for me.
What makes you special as an instructor?
I have a high level of versatility, having taught all ages and skill levels, which gives me a strong understanding of my students’ needs.
What do you do in the summers?
I love to travel and to participate in other sports.
Where is your favourite part of Zermatt to ski/ride?
I love skiing off-piste and the moguls.
