Fine Windhagen is an 18-year-old German skier spending her gap year doing what she loves most: skiing. She has loved skiing ever since she could stand on skis and has been skiing her whole life. She has been skiing in Verbier for the past 5 years and even spent a year at a ski high school in the US to strengthen her skills. Fine is an empathetic, and friendly instructor who loves working with kids, but connects easily with all ages. Whether guiding someone through their first turns or helping a confident skier push their limits, she creates a supportive, motivating, and enjoyable learning environment. Helping others enjoy the sport the way she did makes her feel special. She feels that being part of someone else’s progress, whether their first turns or a breakthrough on a tough slope, can be even more rewarding than improving oneself.
