Adam is friendly, responsible, sporty and has an incredible passion for skiing. His goal is to show this amazing sport to as many people as possible. He has lived in Zermatt for the last 4 years, has a lot of local knowledge and wants you to have memorable holiday experience. He speaks fluent English, basic German and as he comes from Slovakia, he speaks Slovak, Czech and a bit of Polish
Why did you choose to teach snowsports?
I chose to teach skiing to promote movement and healthy lifestyle while seeing breathtaking views. To help people forget about their worries for the duration of their holidays.
What makes you special as an instructor?
My passion for skiing. I look at it as a tool that can uplift also other areas of your life!

I do ski lift operations and maintenance.

Adam was a phenomenal instructor. Our kids loved their days with him and made great improvements. Most importantly, he made sure they had a great time. He was super patient and polite. He had a great way to break things down to help improve everyone’s skiing.
He also was of great help for myself, a strong intermediate, to improve my skills on the bumps and in poor visibility.

Adam was our ski guide and concierge while we were in Zermatt over Easter. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was a fantastic instructor, really connecting with our kids and really bringing their skiing on by making the lessons fun. He also guided the adults for a couple of days and and some great tips even for the better skiers. Nothing was too much trouble for him, be it booking restaurants, organising pick ups, guiding us to Italy, and he made the whole week run super smoothly. He was a pleasure to chat to at lunch. Will definitely be looking him up next time we are in Zermatt!

Adam was our ski instructor over the Christmas Holiday in 2022/2023 and he made our trip very enjoyable and rewarding! Adam is an exceptional ski instructor, in every aspect and facet of the ski experience. Adam is very skilled and technical and instructs in easy ways to understand and implement. He has a very relaxed and friendly demeanor, which made it so easy and fun for my family of 5 to enjoy our ski experience. Not only is Adam great and personable with adults/parents, he’s very good with kids. His patience and ability to relate to kids made my kids relax and have fun skiing even when things got challenging.
