I started skiing at the age of three and since then I have been skiing all my life. I grew up ski racing GS, Slalom and Super G around the Alps up to National and International level. Teaching skiing gives me a chance to share this passion with other people and introduce them to the same love for the mountains that I feel.
My career as ski instructor started after a bad skiing related injury that ended my racing career. Coming back from the injury has given me a completely different and innovative approach to skiing. Experiencing the mental and physical difficulties of getting back on my skis has brought me closer to those people that don’t ski every day, from beginners, through to advanced skiers. I have now been teaching and coaching skiing for 9 years internationally, adding to the technical knowledge I gained from racing an attentive psychological approach.
I teach all different levels and ages of skiers, offering tailored lessons to suit children, women and men on a one to one or group basis.
Italian is my mother tongue but thanks to my studies, I speak fluent English and French and advanced Russian. I attended school in the US and have a University degree in English and Russian language and cultures.
I am Italian Maestro and BASI (British Association of Ski Instructors) qualified and have the French Carte Professionelle. I have been living in France for the past 10 years.
