Cuisine 22 was started in memory of Matt Campbell and celebrates all that he achieved. Matt was a rising star in the chef world, a family member of Tomas and a friend of James, who unexpectedly passed away on the 22nd mile of the 2018 London marathon.
Matt began his career in Michelin-starred restaurants, before moving to the French Alps and working in award-winning luxury ski chalets and private villas. In December 2017 Matt reached the semi-final of Master Chef the professionals, picking up the dish of the series.
We feel joy every day celebrating the life of a wonderful man, Matt.
