All bookings with European Snowsport are subject to these conditions.

Clients attending ES lessons must pay the appropriate fee in full at the time of booking the lesson except where the client has been invited to have an account with ES (see below).

ES accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Swiss Post card, Diners Card and Amex) & cash. For payments over 5000CHF clients have the option of paying by UK cheques and direct bank transfers as well as Credit Card.

Prices are correct as of December 2007, but may be subject to revision.
In the event of cancellations, the following charges apply:
Less than 24 hours notice 100% of fee,
More than 24 hours notice 10% of the fee / account holders 0% of the fee.
No refund will be given by ES, in whole or in part, for unused lessons due to clients’ late arrival, illness, accident, resort closure due to weather conditions or mechanical failure, or for any other cause outside the control of ES. Instructors will wait 45 minutes for clients to arrive at the designated meeting point.

Lesson places are not transferable.

ES does not insure its clients.  Clients must insure themselves for third party liability. 
ES recommends that you arrange an appropriate policy, which also includes personal, medical and rescue insurance.

Minimum numbers and course duration:

Ladies, moguls & other 6 in a group clinics, will have a minimum of four.
Small group lessons, Kids & Teen Academy also have a minimum of four.
With fewer numbers, ES can run some of our courses for a reduced time.

ES is obliged to take into account the prevailing conditions and the standard of our clients. ES therefore establishes a programme of class times, venues etc. at the beginning of each week. These arrangements are always subject to alteration in the light of prevailing circumstances.

For reasons of safety, it is a condition of booking that clients will respect the professional judgment of their instructor while are in the lesson.

Clients should present themselves in a fit and safe condition for physical activity in the mountain environment.

If, at any time during your lesson, you have cause for complaint, you must let us know immediately and we will endeavor to address the situation to your satisfaction.

Customer Accounts – Accounts can be started at the discretion of ES’ Director, a history of prompt payment and a number of bookings over a prolonged period of time are required before being considered for an account.
